Foundations of Professional Practice

Every lesson/activity that an educator attempts to make has to be built on the foundations of professional practice : care, trust, respect, and integrity. By making modifications to IEP and ELLs, by choosing content that will not be emotionally invasive to students, and by respecting the individual needs of students, my lesson plans fully adhere to foundations of professional practice. I will use reflective practices to build on and improve my lesson plans.
