Introduction

Energy is everywhere and while it is transferred across systems, it is never created nor destroyed.  This is the basic principle behind the Law of Conservation of Energy, the concept explored in this section.  

In this section you'll be introduced to a variety of tools that will help you teach conservation of energy to your grade 11 physics class. It is meant as an introduction to the concept of energy and can be used as a jumping block to further concepts such as power, conservation of mass and heat transfer.
